<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160,
<br />Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by JAMES R HOLLISTER.AND.DELIAE,HOLLIS'rER-.-EACH.IN HIS
<br />AND HER OWN RIGHT AND as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE BANK, formerly known
<br />as, THE EQUITABLE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is named as the Beneficiary and
<br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated NOVEMBER 28.2003, and recorded
<br />DECEMBER 8. 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />as Instrument No. 0200315815 regarding the real estate described in paragraph 3

<br />SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by JAMES R HOLLISTER AND DELIA E HOLLISTER. EACH IN HIS AND
<br />HER OWN RIGHT AND, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, formerly Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, Grand Island, Nebraska, Successor
<br />to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska as
<br />Beneficiary, dated NOVEMBER 28. 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200315815, has been paid, and
<br />the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />--and--.deliv.ered-as. confmned-b-y --its-.endorsement--below.-

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed

<br />SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SWl/4) THENCE NORTH ON THE EAST SIDE OF SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER
<br />(SWl/4) A DISTANCE OF 275.0 FEET; THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO THE SECTION ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
<br />SAID SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SWl/4) A DISTANCE OF 316.9 FEET, THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 275.0
