Hartman and Patricia A. Hartman, as <br />husband and wife, as Trustors. Henderson State Bank is named in the Deed of Trust as <br />beneficiary. The Deeds of Trust are recorded at Instrument 200802724 in Mortgage <br />records in the office of the County Clerk/Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />The Trustee now reconveys and releases the above Deed of Trust liens on the following <br />described real estate only: <br /> <br />Lot One (1) on the Mainland in Section Nine (9), Township Ten (10) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West ofthe 6th P.M., HallCounty, Nebraska, excepting: a tract ofland <br />more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 73, Page 106; and <br />excepting a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as <br />Document No. 76~002654; and excepting a tract of land more particularly described <br />in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 99~111191. <br /> <br />Nothing in this document releases or is intended to release any other interest or obligation <br />owned by borrowers or trustors to Henderson State Bank.
