200808360 RESOLUTION #08- () ro A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PLAT FOR SKI ENTERPRISE SUBDIVISION, TO PROVIDE FOR THE RECORDING OF THIS RESOLUTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA WHEREAS the property owners W oitaszewski Brothers Land Partnership, a General Partnership, being the said owner ofthe land described heron, have petitioned the Hall County Board of Supervisors to Vacate the plat for the Ski Enterprise Subdivision, and; WHEREAS the Hall County Board of Supervisors considered this request at their meeting held September 30, 2008. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SECTION 1. That the plat approved by the Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, on July 12, 2005 as Ski Enterprise Subdivision is hereby vacated, provided and conditioned that the County of Hall hereby retains all dedicated public right-of-way for 1901h Road and White Cloud Road. SECTION 2. That the title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall revert to the owner or owners of the real estate. SECTION 3. This resolution is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 4. Any resolution or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and hereby are, repealed. SECTION 5. This resolution shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage as provided by law.
