Schmidt, a single person, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on May 3, 2007 as Instrument No. <br />0200703609, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, to-wit: <br /> <br />LOT 1, BLOCK 9, BOGGS AND HILL'S ADDITION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br /> <br />has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the <br />terms of said Deed of Trust.
