That by Substitution <br />of Trustee dated June 25, 2008, made by Barclays Capital Real <br />Estate Inc. dba HomEq Servicing, Attorney in Fact for Deutsche Bank <br />National Trust Company as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing <br />Agreement dated as of March 1, 2007 Securi t.ized Asset Backed <br />Receivables LLC Trust 2007-BR1 Mort.gage Pass-Through Cert.ificates <br />Series 2007-BR1, Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of Old <br />Republic National Title Insurance Company. The Substitution of <br />Trustee was recorded on July 3, 2008, as Instrument No. 200805752 <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The fulfillment of the following conditions, as specified in the <br />Trust.
