<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, FARBER INVESTMENTS, LLC, as
<br />trustor, to Equitable Bank, as Trustee and Beneficiary, dated August 6, 2007, and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on August 31,2007 as Document No.0200707497, has
<br />been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confinned by its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee
<br />reconveys to the person or persons entitle thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the
<br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />
<br />Lots Fourteen (14) and Sixteen (16), in Block Nine (9), in University Place an addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that part of vacated Prospect Street
<br />starting a point at the Southwest Corner of Lot Sixteen (16), Block Nine (9), University
<br />Place, an addition to the City of Grand Island Thence East One Hundred Thirty-Two Feet
<br />(E132') along the Southerly Line of Lot Sixteen (16), to the Southeast Corner of Lot Sixteen
<br />(16), Thence South Thirty-Five Feet (S35') at right angles with the Southerly Line of Lot
<br />Sixteen (16), Thence West One Hundred Thirty-Two Feet (W132') Parallel with the
<br />Southerly Line of Lot Sixteen (16), Thence North Thirty-Five Feet (35') to the place of
<br />beginning.
