<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned; Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated August 29, 2006, executed by Kathleen A. Payne, a Single Woman,
<br />Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which
<br />was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on September 7,2006,
<br />recorded as Instrument No, 0200607997, and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as'Beneticiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Six (6) in Russel Wheeler's Addjtion to the City of Grand Island, HaJl County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPTING a certain tract therefrom in Warranty Deed as Instrument #90-103930 records of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 23rd day of September, 2008.
