<br />Jessica A. Frye, as Trustor, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Sebring
<br />Capital Partners, Limited Partnership, Beneficiary, wherein Robert Hovey was named Trustee. This Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded 7/20/2005 in the Records of the Register of Deeds of HALL, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200506859, in Book xxx at Page xxx.

<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Sebring Capital Partners, Limited
<br />Partnership, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to U.S. Bank
<br />National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2005-7 Home Equity
<br />Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-7 by Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., its Attorney in Fact. The
<br />Assignment was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska.

<br />Thomas J. Holthus, Esq. has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed
<br />for record with the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska. Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Thomas J.
<br />Holthus, Esq., will be referred to as GRANTOR.

<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of$70,412.94 and other valuable consideration received from U.S. Bank
<br />National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Home Equity Asset Trust 2005-7 Home Equity
<br />Pass- Through Certificates, Series 2005-7 by Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc., its Attorney in Fact

<br />hereinafter GRANTEES, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and conform unto GRANTEES the following
<br />described real property in HALL County, Nebraska:

<br />Lot Seven (7), Block Five (5), George Loan's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.

<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEES and with the GRANTEES' successors and assign:

<br />(1) That Lucas G. Skrdlant and spouse, Jessica A. Frye, as Trustor, failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments which were contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected to declare the
<br />entire unpaid principle balance, together with interest thereon, at once immediately due and payable.

<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on 1/29/2008, In instrument # 200800690, in Book
<br />xxx at page xxx, in the records of the Register of Deeds, HALL County, Nebraska. Within ten (10) days thereafter,
