<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Larry W.
<br />Coffey and Sherry A. Coffey, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to BANK OF WOOD RIVER,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of BANK OF WOOD RIVER, the Beneficiary named herein, dated April
<br />12,1994, and recorded April HI, 1994, Instrument Number 94-102998 in the office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confinned by its endorsement
