<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by JACK
<br />BECKMAN, A SINGLE PERSON, Borrower, to BANK OF WOOD RIVER DBA HERITAGE
<br />BANK GRAND ISLAND, Trustee, for the benefirof BANK OF WOOD RIVER DBA
<br />HERITAGE BANK GRAND ISLAND, the Beneficiary named herein, dated February 5, 1999,
<br />and recorded February 17, 1999, Instrument Number 99-101750 in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confinued by its endorsement
