<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />June 23, 2006, by KEVIN A. LONG, SR., a single person, Trustor, in favor of MORTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST
<br />COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed forrecord on June 26,
<br />2006, as Instrument No. 2006-05691, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed
<br />of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated
<br />August 15, 2008, and filed for record on August 26, 2008, as Instrument No. 2008-07365 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as
<br />Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by
<br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />LOT FOUR (4) OF ROSS FIRST SUBDIVISION, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment ofthe installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute S 76.1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in S 76-1012.
