Kuta, Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary, and <br />Wells Fargo Financial Bank, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain <br />an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Vaughn M.
