<br />NOTICE OF SUIT
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the j ~. day of September, 2008, Chase Home Finance
<br />LLC, as the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Vaughn
<br />M, Kuta and Melanie L. Kuta, Michael F. Kivett, Trustee, CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), Beneficiary, and
<br />Wells Fargo Financial Bank, as the defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain
<br />an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust executed by said Vaughn M. Kuta, marital status unknown, and
<br />Melanie L. Kuta, marital status unknown, to Bridgespan Title Company, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage
<br />Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for Greater Atlantic Mortgage Corporation,
<br />Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above~
<br />named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br />satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
<br />such deed of trust is dated May 15,2003 and was recorded on August 15, 2003, as Instrument number
<br />200310712 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
<br />beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
