<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />HARRIET M. WINCHESTER and TERRY A. WINCHESTER, wife and husband as joint
<br />tenants and not as tenants in common, Trustors, to Thomas A. Emerton, Attorney at Law,
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated December 19,2003, in which NGUU NGUYEN and LE
<br />LAM HOA NGUYEN Husband and Wife, are Beneficiaries, said Deed of Trust being recorded
<br />January 15,2004 as Document No. 200400461 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />securing an original stated indebtedness of $19,890.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and
<br />said beneficiaries have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:
<br />Lot 5 and the Southerly 15 feet of Lot 3, Block 3, College Addition to West Lawn, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 12 ~ay of September, 2008.
