<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and commonly known as #68 Kuester Lake, Grand Island, Nebraska.

<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note in the amount of$9,452.89 and a Financing Statement or mortgage
<br />covering the above-described premises and securing payment of said note.
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note is paid.
