<br />PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Gary E. Valasek and Mary G. Valasek, Husband and Wife, as Trustor,
<br />to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank
<br />& Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 30th day of January 2007, and
<br />recorded on the 14th day of February 2007, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, recorded as Instrument # 200701175, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entided thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following-described real
<br />property (as defmed in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76-1001):

<br />Lot Five (5), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), Nineteen (19), and Twenty (20), American Independence
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
