<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, ~.
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 31,2002, executed by Edwin G Ziska, an Unmarried ~
<br />Person, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, c.;
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document # 200201309 on the 1st day of February, 2002, and a Modification Of Deed of
<br />Trust dated January 25th, 2005 executed by Edwin G Ziska, an Unmarried Person which was
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document
<br />#200500752 on the 28th day of January, 2005, and
<br />
<br />., WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />PARCEL 1#: LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK EIGHT (8), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN NOW
<br />CITY OF GRAND SILAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />PARCEL 2#: LOT TWO (2), BLOCK THIRTEEN (13), SCARFF'S ADDITION TO
<br />WEST LAWN, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
