<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed June 5,
<br />2006, by FRANCISCO MEDINA and NOEMI MEDINA, Trustors, in which MORTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. was named as Beneficiary and TICOR TITLE
<br />INSURANCE COMPANY as Trustee, and which wBrs filed for record on June 9, 2006, as Instrument No.
<br />2006~05212 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned
<br />by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. to THE
<br />BANK OF NEW YORK as Trustee for Popular Financial Services Mortgage/Pass Through Certificate
<br />Series #2006-D, by virtue of an Assignment dated May 28, 2008, and filed for record on June 16, 2008, as
<br />Instrument No. 2008-05171 of the Mortgage Records for Hall County, Nebraska. DC;>NALD J. PAVELKA,
<br />JR. has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMr ANY by
<br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />THE NORTHER,L Y TWELVE (12) FEET OF LOT FOUR (4) AND ALL OF LOT TWO
<br />(2), IN BLOCK TWENTY FOUR (24), IN UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the instalhnent
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute f76<-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in ~ 76-1012.
