<br />GRAND ISLAND ANIMAL MEDICAL CLINIC, INC., a corporation organized and
<br />existing under the laws ofthe State of Nebraska, GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE
<br />HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NOll 00 DOLLARS ($175,000.00), conveys
