BEYERSDORF, a single person, to CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at Law, Trustee for <br />the benefit of Sharon L. Baxter, Trustee of the KATHERINE E. BEYERSDORF TRUST <br />CREATED UNDER THAT CERTAIN AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF <br />KATHERINE E.
