<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GEORGE
<br />S. BEYERSDORF, a single person, to CATHLEEN H. ALLEN, Attorney at Law, Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Sharon L. Baxter, Trustee of the KATHERINE E. BEYERSDORF TRUST
<br />CREATED UNDER THAT CERTAIN AMENDMENT AND RESTATEMENT OF
<br />KATHERINE E. BEYERSDORF TRUST DATED JUNE 7, 1996, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein dated August 15,2005, and recorded August 16,2005, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200508006 has been paid or otherwise
<br />satisfied, and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustees by or through said Deed of Trust in the following-described premises, but only
<br />as to such premises:

<br />Lot Eighteen (18), Block One (1), Dale Roush Second Subdivision, in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
