<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by JACK L ANDERSON & PATRICIA A ANDERSON, as husband & wife, and First
<br />Nebraska Bank, the Trustee and the Beneficiary, dated April 9, 1996, and recorded April
<br />10, 1996, as Document No. 96-102638, ofthe Mortgage Records, at the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
