<br />Deed dated OS/28/2008, and recorded on 06/02/2008, as in Instrument No. 0200804715 filed in the Office of

<br />the Register of Deeds or County Clerk of Hall Countv, State of Nebraska, and executed by McNelis

<br />Development. L.L.C.. A Nebraska Limited Liablitv Companv % Sean L. McNelis, as trustor, in which

<br />Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the
