<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank of Grand Island, of P.O. Box 160,
<br />Grand Island, NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by THOMAS E SPIEHS AND JANET L SPIEHS.HUSBAND AND WIFE.
<br />4042 PALACE DR, GRAND ISLAND. NE 68803 as Trustor, in which EQUITABLE
<br />BANK, formerly known as, THE EQUITABLE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is
<br />named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated
<br />SEPTEMBER 24, 1998, and recorded OCTOBER 5, 1998, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 98-109694 regarding
<br />the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Reconvevance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by THOMAS E SPIEHS AND JANET L SPIEHS. HUSBAND AND WIFE,
<br />4042 PALACE DR, GRAND ISLAND. NE 68803, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede,
<br />Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, formerly Equitable Building
<br />and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, Successor to The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska as Beneficiary, dated SEPTEMBER 24. 1998 , and recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 98-
<br />109694, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed-and- deliver-edas. confirmed by- its endorsement below.

<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
