<br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

<br />You are hereby notified that Jeffrey P. Labrie and Sharlene D. Labrie, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on
<br />or about October ]6, ]997, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee,
<br />a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following-described real property:

<br />Lot One (1), in Block Three (3), in the Original Town of Doniphan, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, except a tract ofland more particularly described in Warranty Deed
<br />recorded as Document No. 81-002701 and Quit Claim Deed recorded as Document
<br />No. 86-10729] in the Register of Deeds office, in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 17, 1997, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 97-108677. Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded on November 4, 1997, as
<br />Instrument No. 97-109305.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
