Meyer, aka Nadine Meyer, a single woman, Trustor under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deed of HALL, Nebraska, on 9/19/2005 as instrument no. <br />0200509279 in Book xxx at Page xxx of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following <br />described real property, to wit: <br /> <br />1314 Marshall Street <br />Wood River, NE 68883 <br /> <br />LOTS NINE (9) AND TEN (10), IN BLOCK SIX (6) IN DODD AND MARSHALL'S ADDITION TO THE <br />VILLAGE OF WOOD RIVER, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> <br />Has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the terms <br />of the Deed of Trust.
