<br />Notice is hereby given that a Foreclosure Petition has been filed in the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Case No. C108-940 where Situs, LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, is Plaintiff
<br />("Plaintiff') and Timothy E. Olson and Kristine J. Olson, husband and wife; Heritage Bank flkla Bank of
<br />Wood River, Trustee and Beneficiary; Jerry's Sheet Metal, Heating & Cooling, Inc.; and John Doe and Mary
<br />Doe, real names unknown. andaJl other persons/entities UNKNOWN having or claiming any right, title or
<br />interest in Lot 10, in Gilbert's Subdivision of Block I, of Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, are Defendants (collectively "Defendants"), the object and request of which
<br />is to obtain a court order entitling Plaintiffto foreclose County Tax Certificate No. 20050222 issued by the
<br />Hall County Treasurer on March 10,2005 (the "Tax Certificate "), all as more particularly described in said
<br />Foreclosure Petition. Per said Tax Certificate the following described real estate is encumbered in favor of
<br />Plaintiff:

<br />Lot I 0, in Gilbert's Subdivision of Block 1, of Gilbert's Second Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, (the "Real Estate").
<br />
<br />In said Foreclosure Petition, Plaintiff seeks to obtain foreclosure of Plaintiff's interest, and to have
<br />the same declared a first lien upon the interests of Defendants in the Real Estate; to have the Real Estate sold
<br />to satis1)' the amounts so found due, together with the reasonable costs incurred by Plaintiff in abstracting
<br />and obtaining other title information regarding the Real Estate, the costs for filing this Notice of Lis Pendens,
<br />the filing fee for the Foreclosure Petition, service costs of serving the Foreclosure Petition on the Defendants,
<br />and attorney's fees in an amount equal to 10% of all amounts due for taxes, special assessments, interest and
<br />costs; and to foreclose Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand, and equity of redemption
<br />whatever in and to the Real Estate, together with such other and further relief as the court may deem just and
<br />equitable.
