<br />That I, Shane O. Fernau, of Nebraska, do hereby appoint CHALEE L. FERNAU,
<br />of Kearney, Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney-in-fact to do the following in my
<br />name and in my behalf:

<br />1. To bargain, sell, assign, and convey, using the standard of a
<br />reasonable seller under no compulsion to sell and engaging in an arms-length bargaining
<br />transaction, to any person of my attorney's choice, all my right, title and interest in 613 E.
<br />27th Street, Kearney, Nebraska, legally described as West halfoflot 38, all oflot 39,
<br />Keens Park Edition to the City of Kearney, Buffalo County, Nebraska, and to convey by
<br />deed or general warranty with the customary covenants; to receive, on my behalf,
<br />payment of the purchase money for the real property described above in any manner that
<br />my attorney shall deem wise; to transmit these moneys to me, and to sign, seal, execute
<br />and deliver any and all deeds, contracts, or other documents necessary to carry out the
<br />foregoing.

<br />2.To purchase in my name and for my use the below-described real property in the
<br />City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska described on the deed as 1122
<br />Pleasantview Drive, Grand Island, Nebraska, legally described as Lot 11 Pleasantview 10th
<br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and for that purpose to
<br />make, indorse, accept, receive, sign. seal, execute, acknowledge, and deliver any
<br />application forms, documents, instruments, or paper necessary or convenient to enter into
<br />both a contract and mortgage or deed of trust upon said real estate for such price, at such
<br />rate of interest and upon such tenns as she shall deem best, but the loan will not exceed
<br />$150,000.00 and will be repaid over a period not to exceed Thirty-years (30 years).

<br />Giving and granting individually unto said attorney full power and authority to do
<br />and perform all and any act, deed, matter and thing whatsoever in and about any ofthe
<br />specified particulars mentioned in the paragraph immediately above, as fully and
<br />effectually to all intents and purposes as I might and could do in my own person if
<br />personally present; and in addition thereto, I do hereby ratify and confinn each of the acts
<br />of my aforesaid attorney lawfully done pursuant to the authority herein above conferred.
