A breach of an obligation for which the above described Real Property was <br />conveyed as security has occurred in that defaults have been made in the repayment of the <br />indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's, (also known as Borrower) Promissory Notes dated May 19, <br />2004; October 8,2004; November 3,2004; November 12, 2004; January 7, 2005; January 11, 2005; <br />February 9, 2005; March 23, 2005; April 1, 2005 and May 4, 2005, as extended by extension <br />agreements, and no cure of such defaults has been made.
