<br />Notice is hereby given by the undersigned Trustee that under the Deed of Trust, made and
<br />executed by Cedar Ridge Development, LLC, as Trustor, to Geneva State Bank, as Trustee, dated
<br />May 19, 2004, covering the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />
<br />Parcell: Lots 1 and 2 of Cedar Ridge First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />
<br />Parcel 2: Lots 1,2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Cedar Ridge Second Subdivision in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />
<br />which is also known as the "Real Property" or "Property" to secure certain obligations in favor of
<br />Geneva State Bank, as Beneficiary, such Deed of Trust being recorded on May 20, 2004, at
<br />Instrument No. 0200405044 ofthe Real Estate Records in the office ofthe Register of Deeds in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska. A breach of an obligation for which the above described Real Property was
<br />conveyed as security has occurred in that defaults have been made in the repayment of the
<br />indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's, (also known as Borrower) Promissory Notes dated May 19,
<br />2004; October 8,2004; November 3,2004; November 12, 2004; January 7, 2005; January 11, 2005;
<br />February 9, 2005; March 23, 2005; April 1, 2005 and May 4, 2005, as extended by extension
<br />agreements, and no cure of such defaults has been made. All principal and interest is now due and
<br />payable and Geneva State Bank, Beneficiary, has delivered to the Trustee a written declaration of
<br />default and demand for sale and a written notice of default and election to cause to be sold the Real
<br />Property described in such Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
