<br />WHEREAS', all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among, ANTHONY J
<br />W ALD AND BARBARA J W ALD, husband and wife, Trustor, and Central National Bank as
<br />Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated August 9, 2002, and recorded on August 16,
<br />2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />2002~08612 has been paid; and
