<br />The Westerly 6 feet of Lot 3, and all of Lot 4, Block 20, Arnold & Abbott's Addition,

<br />County Subdivision ofthe SE ~ SW ~ of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9 West

<br />Commencing at the northwesterly comer of said Lot 4, of said County Subdivision,
