Trust 2006-NC3 <br />Mortgage Pass-Through - Certificates, Series2-006-NCi;-drantor was <br />substituted as Trustee in place of Ticor Title Insurance Company. <br />The Substitution of Trustee was recorded on June 18, 2008, as <br />Instrument No. 200805240 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. The fulfillment of the following <br />conditions, as specified in the Trust Deed, authorize this <br /> <br />conveyance: <br />1.
