<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />SHA WN A FLETCHER AND JEAN ANN O'GRADY, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />FEBRUARY 20. 2003 and recorded FEBRUARY 26. 2003 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY

<br />0200302295 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
