<br />The undersigned, PLATTE V ALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY, a
<br />Nebraska banking corporation, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated April 6, 2006,
<br />wherein Jose Arredondo and Irma Arredondo, Husband and Wife are the Trustors, which was
<br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 17,
<br />2006, as Instrument No. 200603324 and contains as trust property, the following-described real
<br />estate:

<br />FRACTIONAL LOT 6, BLOCK 101, KOENIG AND WIEBE'S ADDITION TO
<br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND ITS
<br />COMPLEMENT FRACTIONAL LOT 6, IN BLOCK 101, OF THE RAIL ROAD
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments ofprineipal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Promissory Note dated April 6,
<br />2006, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company,
<br />pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secures this obligation.
