<br />Inc., in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other

<br />Exhibit "1" attached hereto and by this reference
<br />incorporated herein;

<br />All Platte River accretion lands deriving from and adjacent
<br />to Government Lot 1 in Section 19, Township 9 North, Range 11
<br />West of the 6th Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />(said Government Lot 1 being located in the northern portion
<br />of said Section 19), if any, which are located southwest of
<br />the line described in Exhibit "1" attached hereto and by this
<br />reference incorporated herein; and
