200807769 RESOLUTION #08- () f13 A RESOLUTION TO VACATE THE PLAT FOR BRABANDER SECOND SUBDIVISION EXCEPT FOR ALL DEDICATED RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR WEBB ROAD ROAD, TO PROVIDE FOR THE RECORDING OF THIS RESOLUTION IN THE OFFICE OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA WHEREAS the property owners Barry Brabander and Barbara Brabander, Husband and Wife, have petitioned the Hall County Board of Supervisors to Vacate the plat for the Brabander Second Subdivision, and; WHEREAS the Hall County Board of Supervisors considered this request at their meeting held August 19,2008. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS SECTION 1. That the plat approved by the Board of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 8, 1988 as Brabander Second Subdivision is hereby vacated, provided and conditioned that the County of Hall hereby retains all dedicated public right-of-way for Webb Road. SECTION 2. That the title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall revert to the owner or owners of the real estate. SECTION 3. This resolution is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 4. Any resolution or parts of resolutions in conflict herewith be, and hereby are, repealed. SECTION 5. This resolution shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage as provided by law.
