<br />The Westerly Five Hundred Thirty-Seven (537.0) Feet of the Southerly One Thousand Eight Hundred Three
<br />and Forty Eight Hundredths (1,803.48) Feet of the West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Twenty-Nine
<br />(29), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, said
<br />tract containing 22.233 acres, more or less.

<br />This reconveyance is made in satisfaction of the obligation secured by the Deed of Trust dated March 1, 1993,
<br />and recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, as Document No. 93-101649, on March 3,
<br />1993, pursuant to Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-1014.
<br />
<br />Grantor executes this instrument as Trustee and is not to be held liable in its individual capacity in anyway by
<br />reason of this instrument.
