DEED OF TRUST. lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated April 19, 2004 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: Recorded on April 26, 2004. as Instrument No. 0200404051. in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds. REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: LOT TEN (10). IN SUNSET FOURTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 4002 KAY AVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803-1505. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Increasing the principal amount to $90,000.00. extending the maturity date to 08/29/2013, and the new interest rate will be 6.15%. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
