<br /> <br /> <br />'-- <br /> <br />/tJ ,St?J <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Sam Grimminger of 325 West Fourth Street, Grand Island, <br />County of Hall, State of Nebraska, as trustee under the trust deed filed February 9, 2001, <br />executed by Adam Onnen as trustor, in which Philip Kraft, Jr., a single person, is named as <br />beneficiary, and recorded as Instrument No. 0200100989 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, State of Nebraska, has noted that Philip Kraft, Jr., the beneficiary thereunder for <br />and in consideration of forbearance in the enforcement of the within Deed of Trust and <br />Promissory Note secured thereby has regained fee simple title to said premises by Warranty <br />Deed executed by the said Adam Onnen and his wife Jennifer Onnen and therefore given such <br />circumstances, and in order to gain relinquishment of the Trustee's interest in and to said <br />property, the interest of said Trustee should be conveyed to the said Philip Kraft, Jr.; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with said circumstances, the undersigned as trustee, <br />does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Philip <br />Kraft, Jr., the estate now held by it thereunder to wit: <br /> <br />Lot Sixteen (16) in "Roush Pleasantville Terrace" Subdivision of <br />Part of Matthew's Subdivision of Part of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NW1I4) of Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West ofthe Sixth Principal Meridian, in <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> <br />In witness whereof, the undersigned <br />Fourth Street, Grand Island, Nebraska, 0 <br /> <br /> <br />ec ted this deed of reconveyance at 325 West <br /> <br />I'- <br /> <br />
