<br />Know All Men by These Presents:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed Trust executed by Alan E. Foster and Deidre
<br />C. Foster, husband and wife, Trustors, to Ticor Title Insurance Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of U.S. Bank
<br />National Association, N.D., the Beneficiary named therein, recorded on April 28, 2004 as Instrument No. 0200404181
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has been paid and the Assignee Beneficiary thereunder
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />thereunder, the undersigned as Successor Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Successor Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises but only as to such premises:

<br />Lot One (1), in Block One (1), in Gilbert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
