200510210 under the terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of sale as required by law. The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as aforesaid, then and there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, who was the highest bidder for the sum of SIXTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($61,220.78) therefore, the property hereinabove described. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, as Trustee by these presents does hereby grant, remise, release and convey to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., its successors and assigns, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the above-described premises together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to said premises.
