<br />200510210 <br /> <br />under the terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in <br />the Notice of Default filed by the Trustee, which default continued <br />until the time of sale at which sale the property was sold to the <br />highest bidder, the Grantee herein, following notice of sale as <br />required by law. <br />The Trustee, at the time and place of sale fixed as aforesaid, <br />then and there sold, at public auction, to Grantee, who was the <br />highest bidder for the sum of SIXTY ONE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY <br />DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($61,220.78) therefore, the <br />property hereinabove described. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary, the undersigned, as <br />Trustee by these presents does hereby grant, remise, release and <br />convey to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., its <br />successors and assigns, all the interest and estate derived to said <br />Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the above-described <br />premises together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and <br />appurtenances belonging to said premises. <br />DATED this 12th day of October, 2005. <br /> <br />p~// ~/:Jl~ <br />Paul J.
