<br />April 18, 2005, executed and delivered by AIDA RODRIGUEZ, Trustor, in favor of MORTGAGE
<br />ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., was named as Beneficiary and TIC OR
<br />TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY as Trustee, and which was filed for record on April 19, 2005, as
<br />Instrument No. 2005-03457 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said
<br />Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. to THE BANK OF NEW YORK as Trustee for Equity
<br />One Inc. Mortgage/Pass Through Certificate Series # Series 2005-B, by virtue ofan Assignment
<br />dated August 21, 2008, and filed for record on August 26, 2008, as Instrument No. 2008-07366 of
<br />the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR., has been
<br />appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing TICOR TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY by virtue of
<br />a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:

<br />LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK THIRTY-TWO (32), JOHN W. LAMBERT'S ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.

<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue ofthe non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />DONALD J. PAVELKA, JR., for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute S 76-1012.
<br />
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in S 76-1012.
