I am the attorney for Arnold Vialpando, Personal Representative of the <br />Joseph A. Vialpando Estate, Case No. PROY-YO, pending in the Hall County, Nebraska <br />Court. <br /> <br />2. In the Warranty Deed filed on April 9, 1985, as filing No. 85-001701, <br />conveying the above described real estate, Jerry Codner, owner of the remainder of the <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE~NE%) of Section Twenty-Three (23), <br />Township Ten(1 0) North, Range Eleven (11), is given the option to purchase the above <br />described real estate for the same price and upon the same terms as an offer to <br />purchase made by a bonafide purchaser. <br /> <br />3. On July 14, 2008 Genara Betancourt signed a Purchase Agreement to <br />purchase the above described real estate for $30,000. <br /> <br />4. On July 20,2008 Michael J. Cleary served the enclosed letter personally <br />on Jerry Codner. <br /> <br />5. More than 30 days have passed since the letter was served and Jerry <br />Codner has not exercised his right to purchase the above described real estate.
