<br />MARY ANNNIEMOTH" PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF

<br />County, Nebraska, in Case No. PR 04-205, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to MARY
<br />ANN NIEMOTH, JOliN NIEMOTH, LINDA BRUHA, and SUSAN NIEMOTH,
<br />GRANTEES, as tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in
<br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201):

<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E'i2NW14) of Section Ten (10),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom, a 1.00 acre tract located in the
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE14NW14) of Section Ten (10),
<br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in
<br />the Oftlce of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 76-002682
<br />on May 21, ] 976,

<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record.

<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEES are the persons entitled to
<br />distribution of the real estate from said Estate. GRANTOR covenants with
<br />GRANTEES that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey and
<br />release the same.
