<br />- WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the ~
<br />T~st D~ed dated March 15, 2007 and ~xec~ted by Universal B~ilders, a Partnersh~p, as Trustor, in which /y ~
<br />Five Pomts Bank, a Nebraska CorporatiOn is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,~~_-
<br />which was recorded as Instrument #0200702004 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 16th day of March, 2007

<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Two~, except the East Six Feet (6'), Block Four (4), Gladstone Place, an Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
