<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon
<br />O'Neill and Colleen O'Neill, Husband and Wife to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated
<br />December 27, 2006, and recorded December 28, 2006 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
