<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon
<br />O'Neill and Colleen O'Neill, Husband and Wife to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated
<br />November 01, 2004, and recorded November 02, 2004 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200410732, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does
<br />hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
