<br />You are hereby notified that the following described property will be sold by Michael F.
<br />Kivett, Trustee, at public auction to the highest bidder, at the lower level lobby at the Hall
<br />County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 22nd day of
<br />November, 2005 at 10:00 a.m.:

<br />"Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 22, in Township II North, of Range 9, West of
<br />the 6th P.M. described as follows: Beginning at a point which lies 425 feet East of a
<br />certain other point which lies 33 feet North of a certain other point which lies 33 feet East
<br />of the SW corner of said Section 22, running thence North parallel with the East side of
<br />the county road 207 feet. Thence East parallel with the South line of said Section 22 100
<br />feet, thence South parallel with the West line of the tract hereby conveyed 207 feet,
<br />thence West parallel with the South line of said Section 22 100 feet to the place of
