<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by William L.
<br />McLellan and Jannan E. McLellan, Husband and Wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska
<br />Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated September 16, 1998 and Modifications of Deed of
<br />Trust dated September 15,2000, September 15,2001 and September 15,2002, and recorded September
<br />21,1998, September 22,2000, September 21,2001 and September 17,2002 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instruments No. 98-109186, 0200007793,
<br />0200109584 and 0200209844, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
