<br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT

<br />THIS EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this lih day of October ,
<br />2005 , by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and Richard D. Saalfeld and Rhonda L.
<br />Saalfeld, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Borrower".
<br />
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />
<br />LOT TWENTY-NINE (29) BLOCK THREE (3) LAKE DA V~ ACRES
<br />SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />
<br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated August 14, 1985 , and filed for record on
<br />August 14, 1985 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 85-003877:
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of September 1,
<br />
<br />2005 :
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto
<br />give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed
<br />of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to October 1, 2012 .
<br />
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness
<br />concurrently herewith extended.
