<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />JUL Y 3. 1991 and recorded JULY 3. 1991 in the Office of the HALL COlJNTY REGISTER OF
<br />DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in DOCUMENT #91-104258 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and

<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
