HANCOCK <br /> <br />WHEREAS on the ~ day of ~~2008, you were appointed and <br /> <br />qualified as Temporary Conservator of Virginia R. Rauert, An Incapacitated and Protected <br /> <br />Person, following an ex parte hearing. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, these Letters are issued to evidence your appointment as <br /> <br />Temporary Conservator with all the authority conferred upon temporary conservators by law. In <br /> <br />addition, you are authorized to amend the Power of Attorney signed by Virginia R. Rauert <br /> <br />appointing Max Rauert, Jr. as her attorney-in-fact, or any of his successors, from exercising any <br /> <br />of the powers conferred upon him as said attorney-in-fact until the further order of this Court. <br /> <br />You shall not pay yourself nor your attorney compensation from assets or income of your <br /> <br />ward, nor sell real property of the estate, without first obtaining an order to do so, after an <br /> <br />application, notice to the interested persons, and a hearing.
